Hello, I'm Charlotte!

I help women lose a lot of weight sustainably. I show them that you absolutely can lose a significant amount of weight without surgery or radical changes to your body and diet. I teach my clients how to understand their relationship with food, how to get to a healthy weight, and how to stay there.

I hate the diet industry. I think it’s reckless at its best and predatory at its worst. I know what’s it’s like to not know what to do or where to start, how to keep going or what to do once you’ve got it off. I lost 200 pounds and kept it off for nearly a decade before I gained half of it back so I understand that weight loss isn't a straight line.
