The seventh Pillar is What Now, and that's where I teach you everything I can to make sure that you get all the way to your goal weight and have the skills and mindset to stay there.

There are 53 weeks of intense lessons that build on each other without repeating themselves. There are over 300 different segments and several hundred pages of workbooks for you to complete. In addition to daily tracking and checklists, your workbooks are filled with tables, written exercises, and charts that will help you understand your relationship with food and your emotional eating.

The When Pillar has a complete system designed to teach you how to space out your calories each day to ensure that you feel as satisfied as possible physically and emotionally.Â
The What workbooks have exercises looking for low-hanging fruit so you know which calories to cut first - charts to work your way through Spread, Sprinkle, Pour and exercises to determine which foods you turn to for which emotional reasons.

The Final Pillar is what really sets The Program apart. It isn't enough for you to learn how to get the weight off. It isn't enough for you to start to change your relationship with food.
